I was born and raised in Antigonish NS, then attended the Nova Scotia Agricultural College in Truro NS. I completed three years of a B.Sc in Agriculture with a major in Animal Science before being accepted to the Atlantic Veterinary College in Charlottetown PEI.
After graduating in May 2008, I moved to High River along with my two cats Fozzie and Otis to start working with Dr. Dave Dempsey at Highview Animal Clinic. One year later I acquired a rescued racing greyhound named Sadie.
In 2010 I met my husband Joel and acquired a lab named Parker. We got married in 2012 and that same year we became part-owners at Highview Animal Clinic. In October 2014 we welcomed our first baby, a son named Lane and December of 2016 brought our second son, Frankie.
When not at work I enjoy playing volleyball, reading, camping, running, hiking, baking and making trips to NS to visit family and friends.
I was born and raised in Calgary, Alberta. I completed a Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Calgary before pursuing my veterinary studies. I graduated from the University of Calgary Veterinary Medicine program in 2021. I enjoy working with all species and am looking forward to a career in mixed animal practice.
When I’m not working I enjoy hiking, canoeing, running, baking, and reading.
I was born and raised in Nigeria, and moved to Prince Albert, Saskatchewan for my high school years. I graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with a degree in Animal Bioscience in 2016, and then received my Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the Western College of Veterinary Medicine in 2020. I worked in a rural mixed animal practice in North Battleford, Saskatchewan for 2 years before relocating to High River. I enjoy the variety and diversity that working in a mixed animal practice brings.
When not working, I enjoy running, horseback riding, hiking, camping, fishing, snowboarding, and visiting family in Saskatchewan whenever possible.
I was born and raised in Calgary, Alberta with a love for animals from the very beginning. In 2020, I completed my undergrad in Zoology at the University of Calgary. Recently, I graduated from the University of Calgary's Faculty of Veterinary Medicine as a member of the Class of 2024. I enjoy working with all species and value building strong relationships with my clients. I am excited to be starting my career in the beautiful town of High River and look forward to meeting you and your animals.
When not at work I enjoy hiking, working out, crafting, and spending time with family and my cat, Scooter.
